After visiting Miyajima Island and returning by ferry in the evening, my friend and I found ourselves spontaneously looking for a place to celebrate my birthday. After reading previous reviews I decided to give this place a shot. They had no problems at all taking us in with no notice when we arrived at the restaurant, and the ambience was just what we were looking for: quiet, cosy and intimate. The hospitality was also top-notch.

Then came the menu which looked interesting and creative and so we decided on five dishes, which were well-portioned, and three desserts (because they all looked delicious and we couldn't decide!) Safe to say we enjoyed absolutely everything and hardly left a scrap! We left with full bellies and extremely satisfied - a perfect way to end a celebratory day.

So, as all the other reviews seem to vouch, give this place a go and you won't be disappointed whatsoever!

Also, the truffle fries (super cheap) were probably the crispiest, perfect center, and seasoning level that I’ve had in the world. And most importantly, they understood the delicate balance that has to be achieved between potato and truffle flavor. We ordered them 3 times because they were that good.

季節が考えられた爽やかなメニューが多く、ついつい沢山食べてしまいましたが、お腹いっぱいでも胃がもたれることもなく。いずれのメニューも美味しかったです！

宮島口駅からすぐなので、今度は電車で行こうと思います。
ちなみにお店専用の駐車場は無いので近隣のパーキングへ。
